Brief

Perched on an 85,000 sqm hilltop plot in northeast Ibiza near San Carlos, Can Brut overlooks the Balearic Sea and ancient sabina juniper forests, blending modern design with island traditions. Designed by Framework Studio, the villa features local stonework, travertine floors, and Verde Lamponia pool edges that echo rural Ibizan cultivation.

Entry via a 1970s NP2 panel door by Italian artists Nerone and Patuzzi leads to matte plaster walls, bespoke doors reminiscent of George Nakashima, and panoramic terraces. Hydraulic pivoting windows, Crestron automation, Gaggenau appliances, and floor heating enhance its luxury craftsmanship.

This shoot captured the villa’s light-filled spaces, textured materials, and sea views through photos, drone aerials, and video for Engel & Völkers Ibiza’s marketing. Featured in publications like Vogue Living and Elle Decoration.
